  • Shipping & Delivery

    The vast majority of orders are filled and processed for shipment the same day it comes in. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we must state that it could take 2 full business days for your order to ship. Additionally, orders ship from various offices around the United States to ensure the quickest delivery possible.

    The method of shipment that we use is the USPS First Class w/ tracking. This method is inexpensive and reliable. Your order comes packaged in a CD size envelope with sturdy padding and a computer generated label. This makes it less likely to be lost in the mail or get damaged by postal machines. Once your order is received by the USPS it typically takes 3-4 business days for you to receive it. You will be able to track it throughout its journey to you. There are certain circumstances where your package may take up to 8 business days from time of shipment to be delivered. If you are concerned about the time it takes to receive your order, please consider our USPS Express option.

    We offer USPS Express method of shipment during the checkout process for an additional charge of $25.00. Your order is still subject to our standard 2 business day shipment period. Please keep in mind that USPS Express shipment is guaranteed next day or 2 day delivery. Most customers that choose this method of shipment have their disc order shipped the same day and receive it within 2 business days. Its important to note that in certain circumstances choosing this method of shipment could mean your order isn't delivered for 4 or 5 days (during weekends, or holidays.)

    Your privacy, security and personal information is important to us. At no time will we record, share, sell or otherwise disperse your personal information. Our website is encrypted with 256bit secure technology that ensures your personal data and financial information will never fall into the wrong hands. Rest assured, that ordering with us is as secure as possible.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Restore-Disks.com does not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Additionally, once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot exceptions to this policy. The reason why we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations is because we are a small company and do not have an ongoing stock of our products. Your order is custom made for you when you process the order. In order to keep the cost of our products low and offer promotions on our products we ask that you please make sure you're ordering the right product, before you place the order.   • Ordering

    The order process is very simple and streamlined. To place an order, please search for your disc using the search box at the top right, or select your computer manufacturer along the top of the page. Once you locate your specific computer please choose your operating system from the drop down menu. As soon as you select the specific operating system, choose the "Add to Cart" option and proceed with payment.   • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment is accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We do not currently accept any other forms of payment. Pricing on our products is based on availability. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $29.99 and run other promotions from time to time.

  • Viewing Orders

    It is easy to view your order. Please log into your account using the My Account links on the top or bottom of the page. If you're unable to find your order information, please contact us directly at 800.598.5598 or use the contact us page. Please keep in mind, we are a small company and have a high call and email demand. We will return your calls and emails within 24 hours.

  • Updating Account Information

    We do not accept updates to information once your order has been placed. Currently, our system doesn't allow the updating or changing of shipping addresses, actual orders or other personal information. Please check over your entered information before placing your order.
